Challenge

The customer chose Alter Solutions as a strategic IT outsourcing partner and decided to set up a nearshore delivery hub with us in Portugal. The hub serves as an "extended" IT department of our customer and takes over various tasks in the areas of software development, cloud services, project management and design.

Currently, 10 IT experts from our IT Nearshore Center are already assigned to the hub. All experts work fully integrated in the teams of our customer.
