Challenge

The key challenge for the client was to ensure high quality in the user experience of its various web applications, by performing data-driven and user-centric UX/UI optimization to achieve and demonstrate long-term improvement in the user experience.

This involved optimizing existing features on the website and bringing them in line with new features.

Solution

Alter Solutions Germany supported the client in problem solving by providing experienced UX design all-rounders who have extensive usability knowledge, design experience and expertise in using the "Sketch" design tool.

Methodology

Alter Solutions Germany was responsible for wireframing, user journeys and user testing within a SAFe framework model.

With this support, the client could perform data-driven and user-centric UX/UI optimization to achieve long-term improvement in the user experience of their web applications and support their agile project teams.
